The graph below shows the relationship between customer satisfaction and a measure of employee satisfaction for a company with stores throughout the UK. The overall relationship is shown by the LLR (local-least-sqares-regression) line. However, the light-green dots which represent London locations clearly stand out from the rest, suggesting something different about the stores in this region.
